R&D and DESIGN

Doğanlar Agriculture has many years of mold design experience in the hot forging industry with its trained and specialized employees.

It makes new products and sub-part components for production by making technical drawings and using 3D solid modelling techniques.

BySoft7 is used for CATIA, VISI, Cad/Cam, Sheet metal applications, which are computerized design and manufacturing programs, which are the indispensable technology of our designs and products. Thanks to the digital data revealed, it is able to produce high quality products at international standards with the foresight of feasibility.

Our work on tractor Three-Point Suspension systems, drawbar groups, hydraulic supported products and front hydraulic three-point lifting systems, C-Type hooks, agricultural tools, and advanced mold designs continues by developing.

Quality
Control

Various types of analyses and evaluations can be made in 4 different Quality Laboratories in our company like raw material / material analyses purchased to finished product life / function tests etc.


Spectral analysis of the steel raw material, Surface Crack control with Magnetic Particle, Inclusion Level, Hardness and Malleability Controls are made and it is taken into the process after the conformity approval is given by the quality unit.

2D measurements with an accuracy of 0.01 mm and 3D measurements with an accuracy of 0.001 mm can be made, and the compliance of our products with customer requests and conditions is verified by using digital and analogue dimensional measuring instruments and many interior/exterior and position gauges.

The samples taken from the products / raw materials that have undergone the heat treatment process; Hardness values can be measured with Rockwell, Brinell, Micro Vickers Hardness Testers.

The surface hardness and hard layer depths of the products subjected to the induction process can be controlled and their core hardness can be measured. By preparing the sample piece, the microstructure of the piece can be examined and photographed in the Optical Microscope by etching method.

One of our products; Leakage tests of hydraulic cylinders can be performed under pressure, and service is provided with engineering studies from the beginning of the project with function and life test devices designed in line with the special requests of our customers.

Tensile test rods prepared according to the international standard / customer specification of the steels, by making tensile analysis; tensile, yielding and breaking strengths can be determined.

By preparing product-based programs with the 3D CMM Measuring Device; Measurements can be made with micron precision and the process is verified. After the paint and coating process, controls can be made with the Paint Thickness Measuring Device.
